  • Register for the Event: If, for any reason, you can't attend the event in person, you will still have one final chance of winning. Your name will be entered into a separate draw, giving you an opportunity to win one of the memberships.

Competition Details:

  • Prize: 1-year membership to the Team Leader Community (3 memberships available)
  • Eligibility: Open to all registered attendees who registered via this link ( CLICK HERE ) of the Call and Contact Centre Expo who attend the event on either day or both days and those who register for the event. If you attend the event on both days, you have more chances to win.
  • Selection Process: Winners will be randomly drawn from the pool of attendees on either day or both days and the list of registrants. One winner will be chosen from each category.

  • Winners Announcement: Day One Winner 4 pm 29th November 2023, Day Two and registration winner 3 pm 30th November 2023

  • Winners will be randomly selected and announced on the specified date.
  • The 1-year membership to the Team Leader Community is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prizes.
  • Winners will be notified via email and/or phone. If a winner does not respond within [number] days, a new winner will be selected.
