Building on the success of the previous exhibitions, the Call & Contact Centre Expo has launched two new on-site VIP 1-1 bespoke meeting programmes.

The bespoke programmes offer a structured, pre-arranged meeting schedule for buyers to meet with our select group of exhibiting companies. This focused approach will allow visitors to maximise their time at Call & Contact Centre Expo, while hopefully helping to fulfil any short, medium and longer-term business needs.

If you take part in CONNECT, our 1-1 meeting programme, your registration will be upgraded to VIP, which gives you access to the VIP lounge. There, they can relax and enjoy complimentary refreshments throughout the two days. 

This year we are offering two services, 'CONNECT' and 'CONNECT: Concierge'. Please see below for further information on these.

Please note: To participate in either bespoke programme, you must secure your event ticket and indicate your interest on the registration form.

CONNECT: 

The CONNECT Programme offers a seamless experience for visitors and exhibitors, with all meetings matched to the buyers' preferences and is completely free of charge.

Unlike CONNECT: Concierge, where The Knowledge Group (tkg) will organise a personalised programme for buyers, the CONNECT service is a self-service option. If you want to be part of the programme, you will receive an email with a form that allows you to filter exhibitors by product type, such as AI/Chatbots, and select those who you wish to meet to discuss your business needs. A member of our team will then arrange the meetings for you both, which will be visible in the event APP.

Participants benefit from facilitated meetings with leading professionals within the call & contact centre and customer experience industry and have exclusive access to the VIP Lounge, featuring complimentary refreshments and a private seating area.

CONNECT: CONCIERGE

Call and Contact Centre Expo is delighted to announce that we are offering our CONNECT: Concierge programme, powered by The Knowledge Group (tkg), to enhance and streamline your experience at the event. CONNECT: Concierge is a brand new offering this year, matching leading call & contact centre and customer experience professionals with suppliers in our bespoke one-to-one meeting programme, based on your requirements and priorities. In the run up to the event, advisory and sourcing specialists, tkg, will look to create a programme for you for the day, so you only meet the suppliers who have been identified as suitable for you.

By signing up to the CONNECT: Concierge programme, you will gain access to the following benefits:

· Half an hour consultation call with advisory and sourcing specialists, tkg, to understand your key requirements and priorities for finding and working with suppliers.

· Suppliers will then be matched to you, to ensure that you can make the most out of Call and Contact Centre Expo 2024.

· Meetings with senior stakeholders from relevant suppliers will be coordinated on your behalf to take place during Call and Contact Centre Expo 2024, all visible in our Show APP before the event.

· Our programme allows you to maximise your time at the event meeting suppliers who have been identified as meeting your requirements.

· Invitation to our exclusive networking event with your peers at the end of day one.

· Opportunity to gain further support and advice from advisory and sourcing specialists, tkg, following the event.
