Call and Contact Centre EXPO 2020 and All Co-Located Events Rescheduled for 10th & 11th November 2020 Due to Increase in International Travel Restrictions.
The organiser of leading technology show Call and Contact Centre Expo (18-19th March 2020, ExCel, London), has been closely monitoring updates on the spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus. The global impact of this situation, not least upon international travel and resulting restrictions imposed by many organisations, means that after discussions with all parties we have taken the decision to postpone. The event will now take place on the 10th & 11th November 2020 at ExCeL, London. This will include all events co-located with Call and Contact Centre EXPO 2020 including Customer & User Experience Expo and Smart Communications and Connected Business Expo.
We are committed to delivering high quality events both in terms of content and attendance; the postponement of this year’s event ensures this will be the case for 2020. While this has not been an easy decision, we feel it is the right one in the current environment.
We are of course, in ongoing communication with our exhibitors, speakers, attendees, partners and suppliers. Those we have managed to speak to thus far have been exceptionally understanding.
