Building on the success of last year, Contact Centre Expo is once again offering our free, on-site VIP 1-1 bespoke meeting programmes, designed to help you get the most value from your visit.

These programmes give you a structured, pre-arranged schedule of meetings with our select group of exhibiting companies. It’s a focused way discover solutions that meet your short, medium and long-term business needs – all while maximising your time at the show, co-located with Customer Experience Expo.

By taking part in CONNECT, your registration will be upgraded to VIP, giving you access to the exclusive VIP lounge – complete with complimentary refreshments throughout both days.

CONNECT:

A seamless, self-guided way to meet the right exhibitors – for free.

With CONNECT: Self-Serve, all meetings are based on your preferences. You’ll receive an email inviting you to select the product types you’re interested in (e.g. AI/Chatbots) and choose the suppliers you’d like to meet.

From there, our team will schedule your meetings and add them to the official event app. This makes planning easy and ensures your time is spend with relevant suppliers.

Free to join and easy to use.
Exclusive access to the VIP Lounge with complimentary refreshments and private seating.

CONNECT: CONCIERGE

A fully managed experience tailored to your needs – for free.

CONNECT: Concierge matches you with technology suppliers based on your specific business and priorities – all arranged by tkg’s sourcing experts.

Before the event, you’ll receive a one-to-one consultation call to explore your needs in depth. Then, tkg will design your personal meeting schedule with relevant senior stakeholders – all visible in the event app ahead of time.

A 30-minute consultation call with tkg, to understand your and priorities.
Bespoke meeting schedule with suitable suppliers.
All meetings arranged in advance and visible in the app.
Access to the VIP Lounge for the full event. · Invitation to our end-of-day-one networking event with industry peers.
