All contractors and delivery drivers who wish to enter the hall are required to complete the below form to confirm you have read and understood the Site Rules and CDM regulations.

Once completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided as proof of completion on arrival to the hall. Security will then issue you with a wristband to enter the hall.
