I am Rebecca Phillips, a Senior Trainer at Advantis credit, a leading debt collection agency, in the heart of Stoke on Trent. I love supporting people in their development and helping them to build the skills they need to succeed.

While training is at the heart of my role, my true passion lies in coaching around vulnerability.

I believe that when we empower our team to understand and respond to vulnerability with confidence and empathy, we not only support our colleagues but also deliver a far better experience for our customers.
