Pete is passionate about making customer interactions engaging and rewarding in our digital world. He is an industry veteran with extensive contact centre and digital engagement experience.

He led business development for global organisations like Rockwell, Ericsson Enterprises and Damovo before founding a successful contact centre software business in 2004.

After a fruitful exit, Pete is now part of Cisco's Global sales organisation where his energy and expertise are instrumental in the creation and delivery of exciting new customer engagement stories and propositions.
