With over 15 years of experience in technology working across Europe, Mashud Ahmed is Product Manager at Puzzel, contributing towards
driving product innovation across Puzzel's Contact Centre product suite. Mashud's keen understanding of market trends and customer needs allows him to identify strategic opportunities and create cutting-edge customer engagement products and features.
During his time as Product Manager, Puzzel has been recognised by many analysts and awards for their innovative solutions in the CCaaS space, including being named the most innovative European CCaaS provider by Frost and Sullivan.
Before his current role in Product Management, he spent many years working as a Solution Architect, building significant experience in and understanding the UK contact centre industry. He was responsible for designing and deploying some of Puzzel's largest UK contact centre customers.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mashud enjoys working with IoT projects, tinkering with microcontrollers and is an amateur gardener.
