Since graduating from Reading University, Richard Weetman has developed a double expertise, combining experience in client relations with a solid digital culture. He has over 20 years' experience in the software industry, during which he has worked as director of monitoring and analysis for a media analysis company, in charge of client relations for high-level institutions such as the European Commission, Air France or Canal+. He launched the client relations department there, aimed at increasing client satisfaction through closer relations, improved service and expert advice. He is now in charge of consultative sales at Akio, the software editor specialised in improving customer experience for call centres and customer service departments. Akio proposes cross-channel solutions to manage customer engagement, voice of the customer analysis and brand reputation monitoring. Richard is particularly focused on new customers, helping brands to understand how to improve their services using the latest technological solutions.
