Rebecca has worked within the private parking sector for over 11 years, and has worked her way through various departments within B&S. During that time, she has not only gained invaluable knowledge of the sector, but of the processes and operations involved in the successful running of a business. As Contact Centre Manager, Rebecca believes that continued self-development is the key to improvements and efficiencies within the Contact Centre. Rebecca prides herself on leading by example as a young woman within parking and is excited to continue paving the way for pioneering transformation and change.
