Pete joined JPL Telecom in 2017 after moving over from the Motor Industry (but don’t hold that against him). Transferring his sales and customer service skill set to the communications industry where his main role to look after and support Distributors, Resellers and End Users. Developing new and existing relationships, keeping the channel flowing with JPL products.
Not only is the contact centre vertical a focus for JPL’s ‘Software Last’ but now with the advent of hybrid working during 2020, the merging of both is high on JPL’s products portfolio.
