Nikki Quinn has worked in the contact centre industry for over 32 years. Her career started out as an agent in a large call centre in Manchester. Her passion for employee engagement and CX was borne out of this and is acutely aware of the importance of culture, empowerment and engagement to drive the right behaviours to achieve outstanding performance, both personally and for the organisation.
