Her background has always been technology focussed, starting out as a Network Engineer in Telecommunications for a number of ISPs and gradually progressing her career in to the world of Service Delivery Management & Customer Success, which has been her staple for many years now. Her goals for the future are centred on CX and becoming an ambassador for women in technology, but most importantly creating an inclusive environment for growth & Success. Natalie is a strong advocate of arts & culture so in her spare time you will usually find her at live music events or an exhibition. She also loves to swim and equally loves meditation as she believes it's important to exercise the mind too.
