Jack joined RingCentral as a Customer Success Manager in 2020, making the move from a Service Delivery background where he worked for global enterprise-level Managed Service Providers. During his time at RingCentral, Jack has been focused on helping drive adoption and usage throughout his customer base and ensuring that customers are able to leverage RingCentral effectively for maximum value and return on investment. As Jack joined RingCentral during the midst of the pandemic, he has been able to see first-hand the value of the RingCentral solution and take this back to his Clients, using his own experiences to help guide customers through the world of “work from anywhere”. Jack is extremely passionate about working with customers as a trusted extension of their business and acting as their advocate within RingCentral. In order to truly connect with Clients, Jack has spent most of his career working from customer offices which has been an incredible experience and allowed him to gain deeper insights into not only the customer industries but also allowing him to understand the user experiences which drive Customer Satisfaction. This is something he is looking forward to getting back to in the (hopefully!) near future.
