Doug Whitaker is AVP of Contact Centers at RingCentral. Doug leads the contact center sales strategy globally. Doug has more than 25 years of experience in the contact center industry, including approximately 20 years with Aspect Software. At Aspect, Doug held various positions including Senior Director of Product Management, Director Global Sales for Strategic Products, and RVP for Northeast US and Canada. Doug's experience brings a wide level of expertise for customer and employee engagement. Prior to joining Aspect, Doug held sales positions at AT&T, which evolved into Lucent Technologies and later Avaya. Doug graduated from Saint Bonaventure University with dual majors in marketing and management.
