Daniela Norkus is the Telephony Specialist at Littlefish. Daniela started her career at Littlefish 4 years ago as a Service Desk Administrator Apprentice, after successfully completing her apprenticeship she was promoted into the role of Service Desk Team Leader where she managed a team of apprentices. As Service Desk Team Leader she was able to develop her knowledge on the day to day running of the Service Desk, in addition Daniela completed her qualification in ITIL. As part of her role as Service Desk Team Leader Daniela was selected to assist in the project management of implementing RingCentral applications into the Littlefish Service Desk. Following on from the initial implementation, due to Daniela's vast knowledge of the RingCentral suite of applications, she was further promoted into her present role as Telephone Specialist. Daniela's current role sees her responsible for the management of the RingCentral platform and implementing continual service improvements across the RingCentral platforms. Daniela is passionate about continual service improvements within the organisation and has recently completed her PRINCE2 Foundation, to continue her own development.
