After founding my company OmniTouch International in 2001, I''ve spent the last 19 years facilitating workshops with Clients around the world to help & inspire people to deliver better Customer experiences. Because I have mastery in the Contact Centre discipline, the Customer Service discipline and the Customer Experience discipline, I'm able to help people at all levels develop their own understanding and expertise. I am one of seven people in the world who has earned the 'Recognized Training Provider' status from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). I'm also a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), an ICMI Certified Associate, Net Promoter Certified and a Call Centre Industry Advisory Council Training Partner and the author or co-author of more than 25 formal workshop programs in our overall curriculum.
