Chris is the Global Omnichannel Solution Architect for Collinson where he is responsible for defining and implementing the omnichannel technology required to meet the needs of the business and the Global Customer Services Director. He is experienced in many areas of enterprise architecture but specialises in Omnichannel Contact Centres. With 25+ years of experience working for technology vendors, systems integrators and end customers such as global banks and top tier utility providers, he understands the importance and value that a thoughtfully architected solution delivers.

Outside of work, he is an assistant coach to his sons under 14s football team, he loves off road cycling and walking and seems to spend every other non-working and non-sleeping hour (plus all of his money) renovating an old cottage that is still nowhere near done!
