Customer Service Manager, Essilor (BBGR)

Alex Carr has been working as the Customer Service Manager for BBGR Optical for the last 6 years. He has spent the last 13 years working in Customer Service management roles and has worked for such companies as the Home Retail Group. 

During his time at BBGR Optical Alex has delivered many projects focused on improving customer service and the customer journey by using and enhancing the integrations between the CRM and telephony system. He is currently the project lead for rolling a new cloud-based telephony system for the wider Essilor Group, and seeing how the customer experience can be improved and tailored for each site.
