The UK Contact Centre Forum organises networking events that promote "Best Practice” in Customer services. Covering topics such as Social Media, Customer Experience, Complaints Handling, Home Working, Customer Engagement and many more. We also celebrate excellence in Customer Service with our annual awards programme now in its 10th Year. Supporting this event we have our Annual conference with key note speakers and roundtable discussion groups.
We undertake research that we share with our community and webinars and Podcasts.
