The Telephone Preference Service (TPS) is a central opt out database where individuals can register their wish not to receive unsolicited sales and marketing calls. The Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS) is the equivalent register for business and organisation telephone numbers.
If you are making outbound sales and/or telemarketing calls within the UK, you are required to screen records against the TPS and CTPS databases every 28 days. PhoneTools helps maintain compliance with automatic scheduling of each of your numbers.
